Having Problems Logging In?

Most login problems can be solved by reading our help file below:

Q:
I have forgotten my user name and password, what do I do?
A:  Your user name is the same as the e-mail address you supplied when you joined our club. If you are still receive e-mail at that address but have lost your password to have your password e-mailed to your address on file.

Q:
I have switched e-mail addresses and I can't log in, what do I do
A: If you previously accessed our club using an e-mail address that you no longer have access to, log in using your old e-mail address and password and then use the "Change User Info Form" to update your user information. If you cannot remember your old password, please send us an e-mail with your name, previous e-mail address, street address, city, state, country, postal code and phone number. Once we verify this information, we will change your account to your current e-mail address and e-mail you your user name and password.

Q:
I share an e-mail address with another person. Is there a way we can both join the club?
A: You can only have one membership opened under one e-mail address. You will need to get an additional e-mail account in order to get a separate membership. There are several web sites that offer free e-mail services that you can check from any computer.

Q:
How do I update my e-mail address or change my password?
A: In order to change the e-mail address on your membership and in our database you need to log in as a member, then click on the link to "Change User Info Form". Update your information and then click Submit.
